Cytometry in the -Omics Era for All

Advances in flow cytometry technology and analytics have driven the development of cytomics, a burgeoning field centered on building a more comprehensive understanding of cell biology and biochemistry at single-cell resolution. Adoption of these new techniques in cytometry labs is nevertheless slowed by extreme technical and computational barriers.

This talk by Watershed’s own bioinformatics and cytometry expert Dr. Andrew Wight gives a review of some of these new technologies, as well as how the Watershed platform provides a powerful, customizable workspace for cytometrists and bioinformaticians to collaborate.
